As part of Energy Consumption Literacy Week (6th–12th Oct 2025), DYPSEM joined the Finite Earth Movement as a Climate Action Hub, promoting energy awareness and mindful living. Over 500+ students successfully completed the Energy Literacy and Climate Literacy Capsule certifications by the Energy Swaraj Foundation.
The campus also unveiled its first FEM Gate and introduced a TUPEE cutout, inspiring all to: Travel wisely, Use mindfully, Purchase with purpose, Eat sustainably, and use Electricity consciously. DYPSEM continues to lead by example, fostering a culture of sustainability and responsible consumption.
Ajeenkya DY Patil University inaugurated its FEM Gate, becoming the 4th institution to support the Finite Earth, Finite Consumption message. The campus hosted the yatra and an inspiring session by Prof. Chetan Singh Solanki, encouraging students to practice mindful and responsible living. Students participated in CLC activities, pledged for sustainability, and spread awareness across the campus, reflecting the university’s strong commitment to a sustainable future.
Choitram School made a bold statement for the planet by unveiling its first FEM Gate, a symbolic entry into a world of mindful consumption. The school also launched its Consumption Literacy Campaign (CLC), empowering students to think critically about their everyday choices. Leading the charge are the newly appointed FEM Ambassadors, who champion the message of Finite Earth, Finite Consumption. A vibrant TUPEE cutout was introduced, reminding everyone to: Travel wisely, Use mindfully, Purchase with purpose, Eat sustainably, and use electricity consciously. As part of Finite Earth Day (FED) celebrations, students engaged in: Poster-making, Plantation drives, Bookmark creation with sustainability messages, and a heartfelt pledge to protect our planet. Choitram’s efforts reflect a growing movement to nurture responsible, aware citizens—one thoughtful action at a time.
Grade II A of The Sanskaar Valley School, Bhopal celebrated the Finite Earth Movement through a thoughtful class assembly. Students and parents pledged to use Earth’s resources wisely and adopt sustainable habits, inspiring the school community to practice mindful and responsible consumption.
In September, the students of Advanced Academy celebrated a month of enthusiasm and sustainability through various activities. They created eco-friendly Ganesh idols, made useful items from waste materials, and spread awareness about TUPEE habits—pledging to avoid waste, save electricity, and consume wisely. Students also designed ‘Say No to Plastic’ posters, gave speeches on TUPEE, made incense sticks for Deepawali, and performed a Nukkad Natak on the Finite Earth Movement. They continue to practice mindful living by switching off lights, fans, and panels before leaving their classrooms.
Education Park Bhikangaon has become our 5th organization to install the FEM Gate on its campus — a symbol of the message “Finite Earth, Finite Consumption.” The campus engaged students through various FEM-based activities to encourage TUPEE habits, inspiring them to move towards a more mindful and sustainable lifestyle.
