Small habits lead to real change

FEM speaker J. Jameela from Chennai kicked off her first climate talk with passion, inspiring 20 people to take action and embrace finite living.  She emphasizes that learning through daily experience and  making conscious daily habit changes are the key to lasting impact.

Why CAP is Good Business?

  • Real ESG uplift — measurable reductions in energy use and behaviour-driven Scope-3 (indirect emissions from your company’s value chain) improvements that strengthen environmental reporting.

  • Cost wins — energy and waste savings that show up on the bottom line.

  • Employee retention & pride — staff become ambassadors, strengthening culture and employer brand.

  • Low friction, high impact — designed for 8–10 hours per person across 4–6 months. No business interruption.

  • Credible proof — baseline → interventions → independent M&V → certified outcomes.

How CAP Works?

CAP is a 4–6 month corporate engagement program that equips employees with the knowledge and practices to reduce consumption, adopt renewable options, and promote climate literacy throughout your organization and its networks.

The program is built around core modules that blend insight with action — equipping teams to lead the transition toward a sustainable future.

Energy Literacy Training (ELT)

12 micro-modules (15 min each) + quizzes: fundamentals of energy, efficiency, and household/office choices.

Climate Correction Day (CCD)

Weekly habit campaigns (e.g., WAH Monday — skip ironing) to convert awareness into daily practice.

Electricity Reduction Drive

Targeted guidance, audits, and a 3-month electricity-saving campaign with recognition for top teams.

Solar Exposure & Hands-on Workshop

Practical sessions on solar options; hands-on solar lamp assembly for experiential learning.

FEM Speakers & Ambassador Academy

Nominate employee ambassadors to lead peer groups, run pledge campaigns, and sustain momentum.

Measurement & Reporting

Baseline, monthly tracking (kWh, CO₂, pledges), and a final certified impact report.

How CAP Powers Your ESG Story?

  • Environment (E): Verified reductions in energy consumption (kWh) and CO₂; behaviour-based reductions in procurement and travel; movement toward on-site and household solar.

  • Social (S): Employee upskilling, inclusive engagement (security and housekeeping included), community outreach via ambassador networks.\

  • Governance (G): Clear metrics, transparent reporting, audit-friendly documentation, and certifications for CSR/ESG disclosure.
